Role Overview

Design Centric is looking for a proactive Upwork Bidder to manage and grow our presence on Upwork. The role focuses on bidding, client communication, and converting leads into long-term projects while maintaining a strong understanding of our creative services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily

  2. Write customized, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements

  3. Communicate with potential clients and follow up on leads

  4. Understand client needs and coordinate with internal creative teams

  5. Maintain Upwork profile, response rates, and success metrics

  6. Assist in pricing, timelines, and project scoping
