Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for resource augmentation and tech staffing services.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including follow-ups via email, phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, Account Management, and Technical teams to manage sales workflows.
