Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in both Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing and growing business opportunities on both platforms simultaneously, possess strong IT/domain knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through Upwork and LinkedIn
Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit high-quality, customized bids
Write, optimize, and refine winning proposals based on client requirements
Monitor and improve proposal performance, response rates, and conversions
Optimize Upwork profile, portfolio, keywords, and visibility
Source, qualify, and engage leads via LinkedIn (manual outreach & Sales Navigator)
Build and nurture relationships with prospects through professional communication
