Job Description
The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth in a variety of sectors and target industries using expertise in creating and generating leads as well as developing a robust new prospect pipeline to ensure sales targets are met to support the Commercial Unit’s growth strategy.
The Role
Actively identify potential leads to grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline and attract new clients
Consistently and accurately maintain CRM dynamics database ensuring content is kept up to date
Meet deadlines and sales targets
Maintain excellent relationships with insurers and stay up to date on industry developments
Conduct meetings with prospective clients when required
Supporting and liaising with the Head of Commercial, the Head of Retail Sales, and the Sales and Marketing Teams including attendance at regular team meetings
