Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Business Development Executives to support our demand generation efforts. This role involves researching target accounts, identifying the right decision makers, executing email and LinkedIn outreach, and generating qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales and tele-calling teams. Candidates with experience in IT lead generation or resource placement will fit this role well. The ability to make initial qualification calls is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, staffing/resource placement, or software project outreach.
- Strong research skills with the ability to profile accounts and identify tech stacks.
- Experience using email automation tools, LinkedIn, data enrichment platforms, and CRM.
