Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities: Attend site show rounds, site walks, and tender briefings to understand the project requirements. Review tender documents and extract key scopes on specifications. Provide well-informed recommendations to management on project feasibility, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning. Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender proposals in a timely and accurate manner. Active follow up on business leads, opportunities, and proposals to ensure strong pipeline development. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Prepare and furnish quotations to existing or potential clients whenever necessary. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
