Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive

Seniority Level: Junior

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)

Required Experience: 1–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field sales, present and demo technical textile products, and create technocommercial proposals for architects, contractors, and procurement heads.

- Generate and qualify leads via market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn and trade directories; manage the sales pipeline in a CRM to achieve targets.

- Manage existing client accounts, coordinate with design, operations, and logistics teams, and ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Research new market segments, monitor competitors, and contribute to gotomarket strategies for product expansion.


Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

  - CRM (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot)
