Key Responsibilities:
Internal Trackers & PowerPoint Presentations:
Maintain and update internal trackers for ongoing business development activities.
Create and present PowerPoint decks for internal meetings, management reviews, and business proposals.
Documentation Support:
Assist in coordinating Letters of Intent (LOI) and lease agreements.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation related to property agreements.
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of business development processes.
Provide necessary updates and communication to all relevant stakeholders

Analyze property profitability and operational costs for underperforming locations.
