In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their hiring needs. What You'll Do:

1. Client Acquisition

  • Cold calling or networking (which includes attending trade fairs, exhibitions, and events) in generating new acquisitions
  • Pitching recruitment services to potential clients
  • Understanding client's hiring needs

2. Account Management

  • Building a strong and a long-term business relationship with existing clients
  • Upselling or cross-selling services (e.g., contract staffing, executive search)
