Job Description

As a Business Development Executive – Air Freight , you are a key growth driver for our strategic Air and LCL products. In this front-line commercial role, you actively generate new business, develop critical trade lanes, and deliver volumes that optimize asset utilization. You will win new customers, build long-term relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding into our solutions—directly contributing to sustainable growth and the success of our core markets.

This role is open from different locations :

Hamburg, Hannover, Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Munster/Osnabrück .

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes

  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive lead generation using sales tools, networks, and market insights

  • Leverage relevant value propositions to sell tailored Air/LCL solutions

  • Prepare spot quotes and support larger RFQ opportunities
