Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with US-based customers, and driving revenue growth through IT staffing and consulting services.
Key Responsibility:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs
- Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs
- Close new business deals and meet or exceed revenue targets
