Business Development Engineer

Responsible for generating design proposals for connectors and creating cost matrices for both new and existing programs. Requires comprehensive understanding of ACC’s product lines and capabilities and the ability to provide technical support to field sales and internal personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design proposals to customers.
• Review and interpret customer specifications to ensure alignment with product capabilities.
• Prepare cost analyses and present recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
• Lead the launch of new programs or products across teams to ensure successful rollout.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, purchasing, and new program coordinators to support business objectives.
