About the Position
Responsible for understanding and translating business requirements into effective service solutions, while driving account growth and profitability in APAC. Leads all commercial activities, including strategy, budgeting, and forecasting, to achieve value and profit objectives. Focuses on strengthening long‑term customer relationships, increasing share of wallet, and staying aligned with industry trends and customer strategies. Serves as the primary customer contact and represents the customer's voice within the organization.
