Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Partnerships, the Business Development Director is a proven, elite-level seller who helps drive growth across OSEG’s marquee properties. This role hunts new business, and closes high-value partnerships that deliver real impact for brands and fans alike to each of OSEG’s business entities; TD Place, Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa 67’s, and OSEG Foundation. The Business Development Director is not a servicing role, it focusses on building, selling, and scaling premium partnerships with national and regional brands in one of Canada’s most dynamic sports & entertainment ecosystems.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $76,200 to $95,200, plus bonus with 100% employer-paid benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. This is a replacement position and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement.
