- Research and build a target list of nurseries, garden centres, farm shops, and independent hardware retailers, starting in the George/Garden Route region
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce the new range of chemicals
- Send follow-up emails after every call, with product specs and safety data sheet attached
- Maintain a lead tracker - every contact's status, last touchpoint, and next action date
