Job Description
The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing strategic business development initiatives while serving as a more experienced contributor within the team. This position works closely with Business Development Directors/Managers and cross functional teams to drive sales operations, reporting, and process improvements. This role builds upon foundational coordination responsibilities by taking greater ownership of projects, leading select initiatives, and providing insights through data analysis. The Business Development Coordinator also acts as a secondary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and supporting successful execution of business strategies.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision.
