Business Development Coordinator / BD Specialist
Location: South East England (Ideally commutable to London)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)
A fast-growing BIM consultancy based in Surrey is entering an exciting phase of expansion.
They’re well-established with strong technical delivery and an excellent reputation across the Construction sector. Now, they’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional to help accelerate growth.
This is not a corporate, process-heavy BD role. It’s hands-on, strategic and influential. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, shaping outreach campaigns, building relationships and turning conversations into secured projects.
You’ll likely have 2 – 3+ years’ experience in a BD or Bids role within Construction. You understand the industry landscape. You may already have relationships with Contractors, Architects, Design firms or ...
