Your new role

  • Conduct high ‑ volume outbound calls to businesses to identify and connect with decision ‑ makers (e.g., business owners, finance leaders)
  • Qualify leads and confirm appropriate points of contact using client ‑ provided data and research tools
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for executive leadership (C ‑ suite calendar management)
  • Act as the first point of engagement, professionally representing the client during all
    munications
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Close.io) to track outreach, update lead status, and manage call activity
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and platforms like ZoomInfo to enhance research, outreach, and lead identification
