Your Key Accountabilities:
Sales & Client Activity
- Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients, site owners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads
- Support the progression of opportunities to Qualified-to-Buy and Deal-Won stage
- Assist Business Development Managers with follow-ups, proposals, and client communications
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM
- Ensure all opportunities are regularly updated with correct follow-up actions, close dates, and deal information
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and identify outdated or stalled opportunities
- Support preparation of sales reports and dashboards as required
