Primary Purpose

The BDC is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching and developing experienced advisors, helping them grow a holistic financial services practice that includes life and health insurance and wealth products.

  • Source new and experienced candidates with established practices for the Sun Life advisor role.
  • Maintain regular contact with referral sources such as advisors, centres of influence and community partners.
  • Oversee onboarding plans for new advisors in collaboration with the District team.
