Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Department Assistant to support business development department operations by managing contract processes, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role works closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution, expense processing, and compliance with company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process contract signing procedures, including coordination with the Legal team and relevant stakeholders
  • Handle departmental expense and payment processing, liaising with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
