Summary:

This role supports the commercial team in driving distributor performance and market expansion. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, tracking sales and distribution KPIs, supporting trade marketing initiatives, and ensuring execution excellence across markets. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

Supporting BDM with Distributor Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyse distributor sales performance

  • Coordinate monthly business reviews with distributors

  • Support onboarding and capability building of new distributors
