Role overview

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting endtoend sales efforts for Gamlaa Bioscapes' landscaping and allied solutions across assigned regions. The role requires strong client-facing skills, market research ability, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely proposals and project closures.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify new prospects in targeted segments such as real estate, corporates, institutions, hospitality, and government projects.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, references, events, and digital channels, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
