  • Identify and qualify new opportunities, potential customers and support lead qualification activities.
  • Engage prospects and customers via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Showcase software features, guide onboarding, and ensure a smooth first-use experience.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to boost user satisfaction and retention.
