Business Development Associate

Are you a fan of social gaming and live-streaming apps? Do you know how the world of virtual gifting and online communities works? We are looking for a Business Develpoment Associate who is ready to turn their knowledge of the streaming space into results.
In this role, your main mission is to find and bring in new users, talent agencies, and hosts. You will be responsible for making sure they don't just join the app, but also stay active and contribute to the community.

Your Daily Goals

Success in this role is all about consistency. To reach your targets, you will need to stay active every day:

• Message Outreach: Start conversations and chat with at least 100 people every day.
• Phone Outreach: Follow up with at least 10 calls every day to help users and partners get started.
• Recruitment: Identify and onboard high-value New Users, Talent Agencies, and Individual Hosts.
