Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to manage and convert warm inbound leads generated through marketing, referrals, and prior outreach. This role is focused on speed-to-contact, qualification, and setting qualified meetings with decision-makers at small to mid-sized B2B companies.

This is not a cold-calling grind. The SDR will work with prospects who have already shown intent and need structured follow-up, clear value articulation, and professional qualification.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Responding quickly to warm inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS
  • Qualifying prospects based on budget, urgency, hiring needs, and decision-maker access
  • Booking qualified discovery calls for senior sales leadership
  • Following up consistently on no-shows, stalled conversations, and re-engaged leads
  • Maintaining accurate notes, statuses, and activity tracking in the CRM
