Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong learner relationships and contributing directly to revenue growth in an EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with prospective learners to understand their learning objectives, career aspirations, and skill gaps
  2. Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification and need analysis to proposal sharing and deal closure
  3. Effectively pitch Data Science, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development programs to potential learners
