Role: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Reports to: Marketing Manager


Job Purpose

This role is responsible for handling inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, and driving revenue by providing tailored solutions. When inbound leads are minimal, the specialist takes the initiative— actively sourcing new opportunities through strategic outreach methods such as cold calling, email marketing, and other lead-generation initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with incoming leads via calls, instant messaging, and emails to assess their needs.
  • Qualify prospects and determine their suitability for our products/services.
