Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate with 3–6 months of hands-on experience (internship or full-time).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn and email.
Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM/leads data
Support senior BD team in proposals and client communication
Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
Understand company services and effectively communicate value to prospects
Requirements:
3–6 months experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in client interaction
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
