We are a boutique creative production firm of 20 specialists based in Singapore & Malaysia. We are looking for a high-energy, English-fluent
Business Development Associate
based in Kuala Lumpur to help us expand our footprint. This is not a call center role. You will be engaging with C-suite executives and Directors, representing a premium brand through consultative, high-level business conversations.

Salary
: RM 6,500 – RM 8,000 (Base) + Commission

The Role

• Strategic Prospecting:
  : Identify and research decision-makers (CEOs, VPs, Directors) in Singapore across our target industries.
• Outbound Execution
  : Maintain a high activity level, engaging prospects weekly via personalised LinkedIn outreach, emails, and cold calls.
• Lead Qualification
  : Conduct initial discovery calls to ensure prospects are a right fit for our high-standard services.
