Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, with a strong Product Operations lens. This is a commercial role at its core, responsible for owning the sales process end to end – from sourcing and qualifying opportunities through closing and early customer success.

What makes this role unique is the ability to translate customer needs and deal context into scalable product and operational improvements. You’ll work closely with customers during pre-sales, pilots, and early deployments, ensuring what we sell can be delivered effectively and repeatedly as the business scales. The role requires you to work 4 days in our Calgary/Toronto office.
