Position Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute compelling audio content tailored for both traditional and digital audiences.
  • Analyze and apply audio consumption trends, including short-form audio, branded podcasts, live streaming, and online radio.
  • Develop and implement audience engagement strategies across multiple platforms, integrating social media, shoppable audio, and community-building initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize audio monetization models, such as sponsorships, programmatic ads, and branded integrations.
  • Understand and coordinate ad operations for both broadcast and digital environments.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with brands, creators, and platforms to support content growth and revenue targets.
