Tykans is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Associate to be part of our team and help us continue our growth. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and promoting our suite of products and services. You will work closely with our Sales and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing deals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, networking events and conferences.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions (e.g., software, AI, Product integrations, managed services, cloud solutions).< /li>
