Responsibilities:



Call leads and prospects to schedule appointments

Follow up and nurture leads until appointments are confirmed

Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails

Use scripts effectively to present value and overcome objections

Update CRM records after each interaction

Manage and coordinate appointment schedules



Requirements:



Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable making outbound calls and using scripts

Strong listening skills and customer-focused attitude
