You will drive candidate engagement, talent pipelining, and initial screening for Analyst and Portfolio Manager (PM) hiring for the Asia Fundamental Equities business. Your key responsibilities will include working with BD colleagues, PMs, and key stakeholders to define talent needs, building and maintaining high-caliber pools of candidates, and driving effective initial screening to match prospective candidates with current needs.
