What You'll Be Doing
Optimize and manage the Upwork profile to improve visibility and conversions
Search, analyze, and shortlist relevant job opportunities on Upwork
Write customized proposals and submit bids with suitable portfolios
Understand client requirements and clearly communicate them to the production team using project management tools
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients from project start to delivery
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
