  • Business design leadership: gather, structure and translate NFR business requirements into functional designs for key GRC modules ( RA, IMAT, SIRA, MC&T, REM)
  • Solution validation: ensure solutions align with NFR policies, risk frameworks and regulatory expectations within the MetricStream SaaS platform
  • Data migration ownership: drive the business side of data migration, including scope definition, data quality validation, migration waves and audit‑ready reconciliation
  • Testing & readiness: support UAT and acceptance testing, resolve functional issues and ensure business readiness for go‑live and transition to BAU
  • Subject matter expertise: act as a trusted expert in NFR processes and GRC tooling, advising stakeholders and driving adoption of the new platform
