Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Managers for a leading NBFC in the Auto Loan (New car loan) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a team to achieve auto loan sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Allocate and monitor monthly sales targets for Finance Executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and internal teams (Credit, Operations, Collections).
  • Ensure dealer staff are trained and motivated to generate leads.
  • Support credit approval processes, post-sale service, and collections.
  • Maintain healthy loan portfolio mix and ensure compliance with PDD norms and credit TAT.
  • Provide best-in-class financial solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Profile:

  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in auto-finance.
