Business Controlling Analyst

As a Business Controlling Analyst, you will be a key partner to the business, supporting financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision‑making processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, provide insights, and contribute to achieving business objectives through effective controlling practices.

What You Will Do

• Support financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation and follow‑up
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions
• Improve controlling processes and reporting efficiency
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support performance
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
