Business Controller

Act as the single point of ownership for Business Controlling and Operations Control , partnering with product and operations teams to ensure financial performance visibility, strong operational controls, and continuous process improvement .

The role combines P&L performance management, KPI monitoring, and operational control governance , ensuring timely reporting, data accuracy, and alignment with Group policies while driving corrective actions and business insights.

1. Business Controlling & Performance Management

• Act as Finance Business Partner to Product / Operations leadership (Air, Ocean, and country operations).
• Analyze monthly P&L, KPIs, and trends and prepare management reporting (MBR, dashboards).
