BUSINESS CONTROLLER - Your Tasks

  • Provide finance and tax advice to Asset, Transaction, and Portfolio Management teams to support investment growth.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Support the transaction process for real-estate properties, including acquisitions, disposals, and financial and tax due diligence.
  • Collaborate with the transaction team on deal structuring and financial arrangements.
  • Prepare and negotiate loan agreements with external lenders and monitor compliance.
  • Ensure tax compliance of investment structures and assist in asset budget and forecasting procedures.
