Business Controller_Bangalore
- Agreeing to and delivering against business growth targets alongside the General Manager.
- Responsibility for management of the Finance and IT departments.
- To provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information and plans which assist the management of the Company to meet strategic goals.
- Driving the finance team to deliver financial results and information to the business in a timely and commercially enhancing manner.
- Monitoring and keeping close watch on the company's actual performance compared to targets, with an investigative approach to any discrepancies. Reviews detailed financial reports and makes recommendations based on data.
