Job Title: Process Support Manager


Role Overview

The Process Support Manager leads process support activities to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and govern process support frameworks and standards

  • Oversee process performance, KPIs, and compliance

  • Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies

  • Ensure process risks and issues are identified and mitigated

  • Coach and develop process support teams
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • 7–12 years of experience in process management or operations roles

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

  • Excellent stakeholder and changing management skills
