We are currently seeking a Business Consulting - Functional Architect (Compensation) to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
JD for Functional consultant3–6 years in Incentive Compensation / Sales Comp / Total Rewards, including hands-on Varicent (ICM) configuration and cycle execution.Financial services experience (e.g., banking, wealth, insurance, capital markets) with familiarity in regulated pay practices (e.g., clawbacks, deferrals, malus, suitability).Solid SQL for data validation; strong Excel. Experience with Power BI/Tableau a plus.Understanding of ICM data flows (CRM/booking → ICM → Payroll/GL) and accounting tie-outs.Proven record operating under SOX, audit, and data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA).Clear communicator with strong documentation habits and stakeholder management.Nice to HaveVaricent certifications; exposure to Varicent Incentive...
