Business Center Practice Leader - Technical Director

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce and develop Stantec’s high-performance culture focused on talent, innovation, productivity, excellence, and business performance.
• Build and develop technical delivery teams across the BC, Delivery Center (DC), Global Delivery Center (GDC), and across E¬R to ensure we have the right people involved to make projects successful.
• Lead or assign responsibility for technical project delivery, QAQC, discipline excellence, subject matter expertise, standardization, and best practices.
• Inspire, motivate, and hold the team accountable for the delivery of innovative design solutions.
• Promote strong interaction with TPLs for resource mentorship, development and project delivery.
• Represent the BC at industry and community events, meetings, and conferences.
