Business Automation Analyst
Basic Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience in business process analysis, automation, or a related field Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes and workflows Strong verbal and written communicator who can work effectively in cross-functional teams Technical Know-How Required:
Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred; UiPath, Blue Prism, etc. also considered) Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, others) Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ...
