Your role

We are looking for a structured and proactive Business Assistant to support our Programme Management teams and play a key role in our continued success. In this role, you will be part of the customer programme teams, enabling our Programme Managers to focus on delivering to our customers, while you secure the administrative backbone of the teams and the organisation.

In this role, you will

  • Plan, structure and prepare meetings, including agendas, material and documentation

  • Ensure effective follow‑up of decisions and actions from meetings

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Programme Managers

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, both domestic and international
