As our Business Architect, you enjoy the challenge of helping leading Ordina customers realize business goals. You know how to connect business requirements with Pega capabilities. Bringing the customer's stakeholders together with our Pega System Architects to realize functionality in an Agile manner and Design Thinking, starting with a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP). This MLP gives the customer insight into the new system and business value delivered right at the start of a project. Together with involved colleagues you know how to set up the right business architecture in which you can divide the customer journey into Microjourneys. Using Design Thinking you know how to define the personas involved and their interaction with the system and map the right channels, interfaces and data.
