Business Architect

The Business Architecture Advisor for the Claims System Modernization translates business strategy into solutions while integrating the needs of the business lines. The advisor ensures synergy and consistency between these solutions and the other dimensions of enterprise architecture. The advisor will work with the team on the target solution based on the business sector’s vision and propose solutions that align with business priorities.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business architecture, including in property & casualty insurance
• Hands-on experience in claims/indemnity
• Experience working on large-scale projects/programs
• Proven experience leading architecture initiatives independently and in leadership roles
