We’re looking for a commercially minded Business and Growth Manager to grow and commercialise NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training business into a scalable B2B offering. You’ll lead the commercial growth agenda — building pipeline, converting new opportunities, shaping compelling training propositions and partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital and Operations to deliver safer, high-quality outcomes for corporate, government and fleet customers.

What You'll Do 

  • Lead the growth and commercial performance of NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training business, with accountability for pipeline development, revenue growth, conversion and customer retention. 
  • Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across corporate fleet, government, procurement and member ecosystem channels.
